Like Harper Simon, Baxter Dury also has a dad who plays music. 'Laughter' is probably one of Ian Dury & The Blockhead's less well-known works, it came after the departure of chief songwriter and keyboard whizz Chaz Jankel and saw Dr. Feelgood legend Wilko Johnson arrive. Dury was in an alcohol-fuelled mess at the time and it would be his last album with The Blockheads until 1998.
